ÑÇ-280õ45 Stationary machine for cutting of a crowned “cup”
The machine is intended
for making an element of a cross fastening of cylinder parts – a “cup”, both perpendicular one and the cup, which is at an angle to the log axis.
A narrow band saw (fretsaw) is used as a cutting tool. Leading rollers and the saw tightening device with hydrocontrol ensure cut accuracy. The machine without tooling change enables to make a cup on the logs of any diameters in the range of 160-280 mm. Not large dimensions and weight of the machine make it mobile and enable to install it not far from the place of a log house making or rigging. Does not require a basis and anchors.
